PROCEDURES
1. The Seller and the Buyer sign this Agreement
2. Buyer issue ICPO
3. Seller issues FCO
4. Within 1 banking day, window time is set between Buyer?#65533;�s Bank Officer and Seller?#65533;�s Bank Officer to verify and confirm Buyer?#65533;�s capability with RWA signed by 2 Banker Officers on the bank?#65533;�s letterhead and confirm tank receipts of Seller and confirmable Storage Tank receipt(s) and or all on board bills of lading shipping documents including an up to date SGS Certificate of quantity and quality or similar.
5. Upon confirmation the Bank Officer to Bank Officer of Buyer?#65533;�s Capability and Seller?#65533;�s confirmed storage tank receipts that the Buyer?#65533;�s bank will pay for what is on hand shown with tank receipts and a schedule will be set between Buyer and Seller for remaining balance of D2 as tank receipts are received.
6. IIt is understood that the BUYER?#65533;�S CAPABILITY will be in the form of a RWA to be sent directly to Seller?#65533;�s Bank with a copy of the RWA sent to Seller. The RWA must be signed by two Bank Officers appearing on the Bank?#65533;�s Letterhead. It is further understood that the RWA will be sent via facsimile Bank to Bank.
7. It is further understood that the Storage Tank Receipt(s) and/or all on Board Bills of Lading Shipping Documents including and up to date SGS Certificate of quantity and quality or similar are sent to Buyer?#65533;�s Bank with copies sent to the Buyer.
8. For further confirmation the Buyer is approved to arrange with inspector to dip stick the tanks
9. Seller presents full set of documents at counters of Buyer?#65533;�s Bank via SWIFT.
10. Upon receiving the ownership title and pertaining documents
